August 2025: Level 1 Slab Poured

Liam Bryant, Project Manager at Coho Property, gives us a glimpse of a day onsite.

We're excited to share a significant update from the construction site! On 22 August 2025, Drew Construction Group, together with the Khaicrete team, completed a major concrete pour for Level 1, the building's ground floor.

This wasn't just any pour. This was a crucial step in laying the foundation for the entire structure. The team poured approximately 433.6 cubic meters of concrete, which is equivalent to about 70 truckloads. This solid foundation is essential for supporting the remaining eight levels that will be built on top.

This milestone brings us one step closer to completing the project. We appreciate the hard work of our crew onsite and look forward to sharing more progress with you soon!
