January 2025: Yacaaba Officially Breaks Ground

In a pivotal milestone for Coho Property and its long-standing partner, Drew Construction Group, the Yacaaba development in Nelson Bay is set to break ground in mid-January 2025 Yacaaba. This marks the largest project yet for the team, supported by acclaimed design from Mark Lawler Architects. The boutique mixed-use complex will feature 23 luxury apartments and is projected to reach completion by late 2026.
