November 2025: Level 5 Slab Complete

As we head toward the end of the year, construction on site continues to progress strongly across structural, electrical, and mechanical works. Here’s a quick snapshot of what was achieved throughout November.

Structure – Formwork, Reinforcement & Pouring

  • Level 5 slab pour is now complete, marking a major milestone for the superstructure.

  • Edgeboards on Level 5 have been stripped, clearing the way for follow-on trades.

  • Post-tensioning of the Level 5 deck is underway, with grouting works also progressing on the levels below.

  • Formwork has commenced on shear walls and columns, setting up for the next vertical elements.

  • Column reinforcement cages are being pre-tied and prepared for craning into place.

  • Scaffolding installation has reached Level 6, supporting the next jump in structure.

  • AFS balustrade and planter walls continue to advance along Level 1.

Electrical

  • Cable tray installation in the basement continues, forming the backbone of future electrical distribution.

  • Cabling works are progressing throughout the basement and Level 1.

  • Basement fire box installations are well underway.

Mechanical

  • Materials have been delivered, ready for ductwork installation in the basement to commence shortly.

Waterproofing

Waterproofing works are ongoing across designated areas, preparing the structure for upcoming finishes and services.

The construction team is aiming to complete the Level 6 slab pour before the Christmas holiday break, keeping the project on track as we move into the new year.
