October 2025: Strong Progress from Level 3 to Level 4

October has been another productive month on site, with steady progress across the structure, plumbing, and scaffolding works. The project team has continued to build momentum as the structure rises from Level 3 to Level 4.

Structural Works
Significant progress was achieved throughout October, with major milestones reached in the structural works between Levels 3 and 4. The formwork for all L3–L4 columns has been finalised, and reinforcement and formwork for the shear walls are now complete. Reinforcement for all columns and walls between Levels 3 and 4 has also been successfully finished.

Formwork for the lift and stair cores has commenced, with internal works now complete. In addition, the U-shape columns are fully prepared and ready to be closed, marking continued steady progress toward the next structural pour.

Plumbing
Core holes for plumbing and electrical service entries into the basement have been completed, ensuring future service installations can proceed without delay.

Scaffolding
Scaffolding has been fully erected on all sides of the structure, providing safe and efficient access for ongoing works. The scaffold will be extended vertically as the building progresses to higher levels.
